Events Council

Recovery in N.A. is more than life without drugs. The events council organizes a variety of functions in which addicts can find fun and fellowship with others in recovery. Events provide a popular introduction into N.A. service as there are many things that can be done which require little clean time. Speaker meetings/dances, bowling nights, softball tournaments, pancake breakfasts and Unity Day are just some of the activities organized by the Events Coordinator. For more information, please send an e-mail to [email protected].

A great way to get in service is to plan an event. GSJNA San Jose Events Handbook is an event guideline designed to allow individual fellowship members as well as groups and home groups to generate new ideas for events in the Greater San Jose Area and then plan and stage these events.

The Events Council meets the second Monday of the month at 6:30 pm at the First Congregational Church of San Jose located at 1980 Hamilton Ave, San Jose.

During the shelter in place order, the GSJANA Events Council has transitioned to an online meeting format.
